I have tried out so many cleansers, toners, exfoliators, gels and creams to get rid of my spots and blackheads. However I have not yet found one that really works. I don't even mind spending a bit of extra money to get something that really works! Can anyone suggest something really good, or a certain brand?Best cleanser/treatment to get rid of spots + blackheads?
Your body heals itself after all the treatments. Stress in your life. Relax. Clean %26amp; Clear they work keep your receipts for the products you can take back if they do not work. Also, look at your bloodline mom and dad side do they have acne too.
A professional facial helps Beverly Hills.Best cleanser/treatment to get rid of spots + blackheads?
witch hazel might do it
As one Suggested spit, please do not go spitting (bacteria)....
is all I am going to say. In order to get rid of black heads you have to get something that will draw them to the surfuce. It is always best to spend $70 and get a facial. They have this neat little device that is a blachead extractor. I don't have the first clue were you get it but it does look kind of like a nail tool.
I wish you luck...
If you got the sally beauty supply web-site and look up the Crick Skin Extractor you can purchase. I will be going to get one tonight.
I've heard of a skincare program called Sher System which is supposed to have given very successful results for acne.
However, you have to have a consulatation first (which can be online for 拢20 or more if face to face). See 1st link
Also type in acne in search this site for advice on natural remedies such as what to eat, what to avoid (eg. saturated fats are undigestible for people with acne, so avoid red meat, dairy %26amp; also sugar is not good either).
Look thru' results as not all are relevant.
proactiv

use Tretinoin (Retin-A, Avita, Renova) is a derivative of Vitamin A and is the treatment of choice for comedonal acne, or whiteheads and blackheads. It works by increasing skin cell turnover promoting the extrusion of the plugged material in the follicle. It also prevents the formation of new comedones. Tretinoin is also the only topical medication that has been proven to improve wrinkles.
ps ask your doctor for it it works great!!! ( it worked for my acne)
My son is 14 and uses Acne-Free, you can purchase it at Target for about 18 dollars (US) it's a 3 step program with a cleanser, toner, etc. His acne was pretty bad, but within about a week it was noticably better. We're onto our 2nd month of using it and his face has very few breakouts. You gotta do it twice a day though.
ummm ... i never really get spots unless i'm ill.
but i tend to have a shower twice a day.
try to use like tea tree oil face wash ? only problem is it may dry out your skin.
it might be worth trying something like freederm if it is that bad :)
Finding a good skin care range can be quite tricky as what works for some people may not work for others. Everyones skin is extremely different, even if you know your skin type it does nt mean to say that your skin will behave the same as someone with the same skin type as you.
Most importantly first work out what your skin type is:
Do you get oilyness,dryness etc
Once you ve typed your skin you can then begin to look at the different ranges out there.
Dont be fooled by the big brands like Clinique, estee Lauder etc. Sometimes you pay lots of money for products as you are paying for a brand name. Lets put it this way, its been proven that there is only 1 product that can actually treat signs of ageing %26amp; its not even made by one of the big houses, its made by Boots No 7. Not all of the products work %26amp; consultants can push you in to buying items you dont really need. As a beauty consultant i ve tried many brands, you ll find that it may take a little while to find products that really work for you. Dont get me wrong Clinique etc are good but the cheaper brands can be just as effective.
Bare in mind it can take up to 4 weeks before the products you are using start to take effect so be patient. If you suffer from oilyness you ll need a wash off cleanser, toner and a light moisturiser ( pref something that will help to slow down the production of sebum which is causing the spots). As long as your are cleasnsing your skin well you should find it ll help with blemishes appearing. Also try to get a heat activated mask, this will help to open your pores %26amp; draw the impurities out = less blackheads.
Cliniques anti blemish gel is very good %26amp; dries up spots very quickly although i will warn you when you apply it, it does burn slightly. Still a great product %26amp; it works.
DONT EXFOLIATE IF YOU VE GOT SPOTS, it ll only spread them!!!!! Wait till your skin has cleared up first, make sure you are using a gently exfoliator as well. Microdermal abrasion are fantastic but maybe a little bit too harsh if your skin is misbehaving.
Try to make sure you drink tons of water as it really does help your skin, eat as well as you possibly can.
Persevere %26amp; you will find the perfect products for you
proactiv is pretty good .. but also buying creams like clearzit or any cream that you can put directly onto the problem area to dry it out helps alot.. there are also pore strips that help. Also exfoliate your skin once in a while with some gentle washes it helps remove all the oil and dirt.. best of wishes.
a shower twice a f*cking day.
I have tried all of those ways too sweetie! But I found an answer through myself without spending any money or stealing anything! In fact, it barely required any effort!
Ever wonder why we create saliva in our mouth? I mean really besides swallowing and spitting at people what is it useful for? Well ... one day I was petting my imaginary ferret, and It bit my finger which caused me to spit on my hand to clean up the blood. Then I had an itch near one of my biggg blackheads, as soon as my spit touched the blackhead it was gone in a second.
I then continued testing that theory until my whole face was cleared! Just collect a lot of saliva and put it in a cup and dump it on your face! its amazing! Use yourself to make urself pretty!
