It's important to remember that what you put *into* your body can manifest physically, in different ways. For instance, a diet of 'junk' foods and highly-processed foods can present in weight problems, as well as skin problems.
When you eat healthy, whole foods 鈥?foods rich in nutrients important to skin health, and overall health 鈥?you can make positive strides in 'feeding' your skin. Skin health requires a diet rich in B-vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Vitamin D, as well as the essential fatty acids (Vitamin F). You can get these nutrients by tossing the 'junk' out of your diet, and foraging in the land of fresh fruit and vegetables 鈥?especially green, leafy veg (e.g., broccoli, cabbage, kale, etc.) 鈥?as well as eating nuts and seeds, which are rich in the fatty acids. You want to lessen the sugar in your diet, and toss the fizzy drinks for water, especially electrolyte-enhanced water.
As for skin care, acne, pimples and blackheads respond well to exfoliating three to five times a week. You may have sensitive skin 鈥?as I do 鈥?which leads me to recommend products that are free of perfumes and artificial colors. A favorite skin care line for me is the Kiss My Face Organics line:

In particular, I recommend the 'Break Out - Botanical Acne Gel,' the 'So Refined - (Jojoba %26amp; Mint Facial Scrub),' the 'Start Up - (Exfoliating Face Wash),' and the 'Clean For A Day - (Creamy Face Cleanser),' and the ' Balancing Act - (Facial Toner).' This is a gentle line of products, moderately priced, and gives a complete regimen for skin care. You can even get the trial pack ('Kiss My Face Normal to Oily Organic Facial Trial Pack') to test the products with your complexion, to see how the line works for you.

Kiss My Face products are 鈥?of course 鈥?cruelty free, and contain no superfluous fragrances, perfumes, or additives. They are *great* for sensitive skin.
Finally, the last thing that is essential to healthy skin is to *never* go to bed without cleaning your face and neck. Maintain your face as being free of bacteria-breeding conditions, and create a healthy, water-flushed environment that will allow your skin to breathe, and to glow with health.
All my best to you, and no picking! :-)What is the best treatment for acne, pimples and blackheads?

healthy nutrition. you need to clean your body from inside first and than use suitable skin care products..
my advice: www.nutritioncontrol.com
To work from the inside out: eat a balanced diet and drink enough water.
To work from the outside in: use a face wash or lotion designed for acne-prone skin. It will usually have benzoyl peroxide in it, which helps clear up the acne. All drug stores have these types of products. Wash your face daily, but no more than that. If you wash your face too much, your skin will dry out and your sebum glands (they're what make the oil that ends up on your skin) will go into overdrive to compensate, which will give you more acne. Try not to touch your face too much; sometimes if your hands are greasy or dirty the dirt will clog your pores. If your acne is really bad you should see your doctor: they can refer you to a dermatologist who can prescribe medication to help.
You can clean your skin with apple cider vinegar as a simple home remedy with great results. More such solutions at
