What is the most effective treatment for blackheads on your nose?

Besides the pore strips and mask. What is the most effective treatment for blackheads on your nose?
Some people will always have blackheads on the nose (cheeks/chin also other areas) if they naturally have large pores. A blackhead is the extra oil and other gunk in your pores that has turned colour when exposed to air (oxidized). How much oil your skin produces is genetic. You can control blackheads to some extent by keeping your skin clean, eating a healthy diet avoiding meals %26amp; snacks with too much sugar, and drinking water. If you have large pores now, you'll always have large pores and the only thing you can do is control them. You get more blackheads %26amp; pimples (inflamed blackheads) for various reasons: you produce more oil when going through puberty (the skin thickens and produces more of the gunk); your body is out of balance from stress or poor eating habits; poor hygiene (wash daily and don't touch your skin except with clean hands).

I use the benzagel products including the wash and gel, and only wear light makeup that doesn't cause my face to break out--this is different for everyone. What is the most effective treatment for blackheads on your nose?
